Momcozy double wearable pump is a closed system, comfortable hands-free wireless breast pump that is budget-friendly. Our testers particularly loved how easy it was to clean this pump and noted that it achieves some of the best output compared to similar Medela models. It’s composed of two dish-washer safe parts, so there aren’t a lot of pieces to assemble and put together. It allows for mobility while you pump without dealing with pump parts and bottles hanging off your chest. This manual option can be used wherever at any time, and you'll never have to worry about a dead battery getting in the way of your pumping.

The kit comes with both a travel-friendly bag, which we loved for convenient storage, and a breast milk cooler bag with an ice pack. The Medela Flex connects to an app, which allows you to track your pumping sessions, but the downside is that it does not track the volume of milk pumped. Some pumps may have a slight learning curve while others may be straightforward and easy to use right out of the box.Also, if you continually use the manual breast pump over time, finding the “right” angle may be harder. If you're new to pumping, it's smart to get at least two breast flange sizes if you're uncertain which will fit best, in advance of baby's arrival.

The pump has a memory feature that makes it unique from other pumps, this memory feature allows you to save your favorite pump setting, so when you feel comfortable with a particular pump setting, you can save it and use next time you are pumping.Also look for a let-down mode, which is a lighter, quieter setting that helps get your milk ready to flow at the start of pumping. There are a few little bits and pieces to get to grips with, but setup proved straightforward, with a great set of instructions to boot. Bulb types can be good for relief of discomfort, but aren't going to express as much as more complex pumps. To further sterilize it, you can place the pump in a pot of boiling water for five minutes before letting it air dry (however, check your pump manufacturer’s guide before you do this).
