About this deal

This ‘hack’ consists of simply chopping the garlic head in half through the middle of the cloves (at the ‘equator’). As delicious as it is, this ingredient is also pretty stinky, and the smell can linger on your skin for up to 2 days.

Top Tip: I would suggest avoiding plastic containers, though, as the garlic flavor can become infused in the plastic and will be difficult to remove.
