La Yuqawam, which means irresistible in Arabic, epitomizes Rasasi's brand philosophy and heritage, and extends a classic yet modern feel, which is full of character, is elegant and refined. A very strong tropical, juicy, fruity, musky perfume reminiscent of something you'd find at Bath and Body Works or Victoria's Secret. I have to say it's very nice and sexy, but maybe because of that GG association, I don't experience it as such a unique and novel scent, exactly given how ridiculously popular GG is. Sultan Al Arab - luxurious oriental perfume for women and men, created by the Arab brand of niche fragrances Khalis. I have heard references to Tom Ford Tuscan Leather and a similarity exists, but in my view this Rasasi La Yuqawam leather is bolder than TF Tuscan Leather, has less raspberry note, and is a rounder, deeper and fuller expression of leather suede fragrance.

One exception was actually long Mercedes-Benz Black Leather, but it's mainly young and sweetly stimulated and therefore suitable for the masses. Rasasi La Yuqawam pour Homme (2012) is a fragrance noted for its similarities to Tom Ford Tuscan Leather (2007) and to a lesser extent Parfums de Marly Godolphin (2010), in that it utilizes a sweetened fruity floral leather accord with a slight tobacco undercurrent.Of course, it may be better during evenings on hot days and it can be an all-day fragrance during cold months. This seems to be a characteristic of Rasasi, all signs point to a possible train wreck and then all of a sudden it's calm waters and smooth sailing. Another update: After this perfume really dries down , it is more tolerable like you smell the vanilla and passion fruit . The interesting base of La Yuqawam consists of mysterious woody notes, sunny amber, clean leather and luxurious suede. On my skin, La Yuqawam is a creamy raspberry fog with flickers of animalic suede leather popping up in the midst of it.

Although I am a fan of leather scents and Rasasi, I can't get anything out of this one, even after trying it several times. It's a miracle how the brain is connected to the olfactory nerves, because the first time I had a sniff, I was really 7 again! I do like it very much , but for it to take that much time { on me } to get to that wonderful place is way too long . To be honest, I love it because it constantly confirms that this perfume will get you through half the day. Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.

There is also a note (I think it may be the grapefruit) that adds an underlying pungency to the perfume on my skin. So I will follow-up with a more elaborate review later after a proper wear, but for now I have to say that my very first thought after the very first sniff was: Carolina Herrera Good Girl (which I own and I wear). After about an hour of application the intensity of leather+tobacco begins to tone down and that`s when you will notice the raspberry notes coming up. I think the sharp note comes from the passionfruit, and on my skin that note floats on top the entire way through.
