I was able to defrost 500g of mince in less than 8 minutes. There are three defrost functions: D1 (up to 2kg of meat), D2 (poultry up to 3kg), and D3 (up to 0.9kg of seafood). You should keep the manual handy. The display only shows the functions but doesn't help to tell which one is right for you. If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return the goods, so you should take out adequate postal insurance to cover their value.
