This wiper attachment must not absorb water directly.I hoped for better for this attachment. There are barely any instructions so I’m not sure if I’m using it correctly. It looks like you stand on the red button & it sprays water, however, mine just drips a bit. There is nothing to say what the small thing in the picture is. You have to go over the floor multiple times as it leaves a line between the two pads. I’ve attached mine to the V10 & it fits no problem & also does actually vacuum at the same time. This is a great product and does the job well. The only little issue I have is the size of the water tank, could be bigger. I predominantly bought this part to vac my floor because the head on the Dyson keeps scratching my wooden floor boards. I can’t seem to get a confirming response if that is what this product can do. Are the round pads only for mopping or do they work for vacuuming only?
