About this deal

Wiggin’ Out: Pop on that bob wig, adjust the bangs, and pull your hair into those legendary pigtails. It’s all about the pigtails. You’re going to look fabulous! Fold your fabric in half, than measure the fabric around your child. Make sure you add an extra six of inches of fabric (which I didn’t do so mind turned out a little tight.) Place the batting in between the fabric. Fold the fabric in around the edges and pin them shut. If you're looking for amazing Monsters Inc costume ideas, just imagine that your goal is to work at the epic power plant of Monstropolis. Think of this as your very first interview to join the team of Monsters Inc. Will you get tossed into the mailroom? It is hardly the illuminating career that you were aiming for, right? Sure, it is important to be part of public service, but you probably imagined joining the police force or becoming a firefighter if you were going to go that route. Now that you’ve got all your Boo essentials, it’s time to assemble your costume masterpiece. Here’s the fun part:

So, what sorts of things can you find in our selection of Monsters Inc Costumes? Well, for starters, you can find Sulley. He's one of the most popular characters from the film, perhaps because of his big, blue, fuzzy look! It sort of makes him look like a giant teddy bear with horns that you'd want to cuddle up with! We carry Sulley costumes of all sizes, including some extra soft and warm costumes for infants, all the way up to plus size costume jumpsuits that are sure to make you the hit of your next costume party! We even have some cool Sulley pajama costumes, so you can take a nap like the gentle giant. Pink Bubble Ball Elastic Rubber Hair Bands: Now, you’re going to need those pigtails to defy gravity. Secure them in place with some pink bubble ball elastic rubber hair bands. Make sure they’re snug, so your pigtails won’t turn into pigtails-gone-wild!Here at FUN, we love the movie too. We've been known to watch it once or twice (or maybe about a hundred times) which is why we brought together a great selection of costumes and accessories based on the characters from the film! Boo is also known as Mary Gibbs. She is one of the main characters in the movie “Monsters, Inc.” In the movie, Boo is only 2 years old. Because she is small in age her speech is also gibberish. Randal from Monster University is number 2 scarier in the movie, number 1 is Sulley. Randal wants to kidnap Boo to extract her scream from the machine he invented. But before he can kidnap Boo, she escaped from her room. Mike and Sulley are friends and Mike’s only human friend is Sulley. Therefore they both decided to go and search for Boo. I am not a sewing expert at all but I know how to use my sewing machine. One thing i kept telling myself is it doesn’t have to be perfect it is just for my daughter who is 2. I figured two monsters made this costume out of a chair, mop and lamp that I could put it together too!

Pink Oversized T-shirt: Boo’s signature look includes an oversized, light pink t-shirt. The comfier, the better! You want to feel like you’re wearing your jammies while you’re out and about. It’s all about that cozy factor. Bob Wig for Perfect Pigtails: Boo’s most iconic feature? Those ginormous pigtails! To get those cute-as-a-button pigtails, grab yourself a bob wig. You can find one with bangs for an extra authentic touch. Pink is the way to go, just like Boo’s. This year for Halloween I wanted to dress the kids up to match our dog who is the best dog ever year but my husband had a different idea. He wanted her to be something that she loved which was Monster Inc. My daughter is in love with Monster Inc. I wish Monster University came out this year instead of last year because that it would be easy to find her so many monster inc items. Boo Monster Inc Costume I started by buying fabric for the outfit. The amount of fabric you buy will be determined by the measurements of the person for which you are making it (height from chin to ankles, circumference around chest, shoulder width, and extra fabric for the hood). We bought between 1 and 1.5 yards of each fabric. I couldn't find scaly purple fabric, so I found a sparkly fabric that felt a little rubbery. Then I added a layer of purple tool to add texture and the appearance of scales. I used white minky fabric for the arms to mimic the squid like appearance of the one in the movie. I layered the inside of the costume with purple felt to make it warm and comfy since we live in Wisconsin. Well, we’re here to help give you the full tour of Monsters Inc. and Monsters University so you can find the costume of your nightmares (and that’s a good thing). Each of the epic characters from your favorite Pixar films are pretty unique in their own right. Sulley appears to be what happens when cotton candy from the Carnival gets transformed into a huggable brute. Mike is like a Beholder from Dungeons & Dragons if it traded its extra eyes for technical talents. And just wait until you see what happens when the legendary Medusa really lets her inner beauty shine! With so many options, we better get moving. Let’s incorporate some lovable monsters into your costume couture!

Monsters are a standard staple when it comes to Halloween havoc. They come in all shapes and sizes, not to mention style! You've got your fuzzy-wuzzies. Those are your werewolves, abominable snowmen, and the classic companion, the bigfoot. (Or would it be bigfeet?) Anyway, then you have the bitey-wighties. That category includes your vampires, brain-eating zombies, and run-of-the-mill creatures known for gnawing. Finally, there are the kooky-spookies, the classy-casties, and the build-a-boos, which close out our classic monsters with the ghosts, witches, and your Frankenstein-style monsters, respectively. But, if you really want to stand out and earn your marks in Monstropolis, you might need to become a monster who isn't so easily categorized! Bubble Band Brilliance: Secure those pigtails with your pink bubble ball elastic rubber hair bands. Make sure they’re not too tight – you want to be comfy, remember? The only problem with that is they never made a boo costume! One of my friends had a sully outfit for the baby so that was covered! Finally, it’s time to unleash your inner Boo. Emulate her innocent expressions, wide-eyed wonder, and those adorable giggles. Carry around a stuffed animal to mimic her affection for Sully, and you’ll have everyone saying, “Aww!”

If you have a kiddo who loves Monsters Inc then you are going to love this awesome Boo From Monster Inc Costume that you can make at home! This easy DIY Boo From Monster Inc Costume is totally adorable when the kiddos are wearing it too! What about Mike? We wouldn't dare forget about Mike! Sulley might have a big heart, but when it comes to brains of the operation! With our many Mike Wazowski costumes, you can transform into your favorite one-eyed monster from the movie. These simple costumes are easy to change into, and feature the bright green color scheme of the lovable worrywart! We have sizes that will fit your baby, along with some sizes for adults to round out the selection.
