I use this for my family's chapattis. It is the best for making really authentic homestyle rotis. I find that the dough handleability is improved by adding a pinch of salt to the flour before kneading in to a dough. I use just less than 1 cup of cold water to 2 cups of flour, mix briefly, leave covered for half an hour, then knead well for about 3 - 5 minutes, and that gives pretty much perfect dough.Each of our attas have varying levels of fibre to cater to every taste and diet preference.
