Still, as a younger read I think I would have lapped this up so do not be put off by a mature perspective. A fun adventure above and below the streets of London, to find a giant snake escapee from London Zoo.

The illustration are great and help engage and break up the story for children not to keen on reading. I wonder what other places there are for the animals and if we will see them in the next books, I do hope so. With gentle themes of friendship, inclusivity and winning in the face of adversity, this is a hilarious must-read for all animal-loving kids! So before I knew it I was writing about Toto and her brother Silver's nocturnal adventures around London.They must help a love struck snake get back to the safety of his enclosure after going on the loose however a more sweet reason lies in his tale as to why he escaped in the first place!

Toto’s eyesight isn’t that good, but she has razor sharp reflexes and was trained by a Ninja Master in Italy when she was small.
