This might be more accident than design, but you could use it to your advantage. Its durability is also impressive. There were plenty of occasions where this ball could have scuffed, yet it seems able to take the odd poor strike without blemishing too severely.

The Warbirds are topped off with an Odyssey 330 putter which features a half mallet head design and a urethane insert. As expected, the long Warbird irons provided decent, easy distance. These aren’t the longest Callaway irons – even in this price range. But more importantly, the long irons are forgiving. The expansive face and pronounced offset work together to inspire confidence and produce straighter shots. Such is the quality of the clubs in this set, they should last you a number of years or at least until you're ready to upgrade to a custom-fit set of irons as you inevitably get better and more immersed into the game of golf.Beginner: The Callaway Warbird is a cheaper golf ball that has plenty of durability. The ionomer cover is not going to scuff easily, even for the beginner players that are going to miss the ball slightly and make some poor swings. Beginners that are new to the game looking to save some money on a decent golf ball will like the Callaway Warbird. The Callaway Supersoft is very low compression, most of the time under 40, a golf ball that will travel a long way for the slowest swing speed players. The Supersoft comes in many varieties, and there are color options and even a Supersoft Magna that is considerably larger in size. I'm making this topic a year too late really, but I've just been thinking about my irons lately. I'll explain as briefly as I can. Since the Callaway Warbird golf club set is somewhat old, there aren’t a lot of options available for it.

All of the clubs are aimed at new or beginner golfers and so are forgiving and easy to hit - but that's not to say that intermediate golfers won't love these too. The Callaway Warbird irons aren’t the only game in town for high handicappers. The Big Bertha irons provide more distance and offer confidence-inspiring design at first sight. Though they don’t get a lot of attention these days with newer Callaway models essentially overshadowing them, the Warbird clubs still have plenty to offer with the solid game improvement irons, premium putter and the massive hitting and forgiving driver. The Warbird can easily compete with any other set on the market, perfect for a beginner looking to take their game to the next level.
