The great thing about Teams is that you can set up discussion groups or simply chat with your classmates online.College calendar – so you know what's happening, when you have a holiday and any key dates during your time at College. Our Support Service Departments are also available for online appointments on Teams which will allow you to access staff during working hours in a confidential environment. For those unsure of where to start, when you have been out of formal education for some time, the SWAP Access programme at Glasgow Kelvin College can serve as a steppingstone towards your educational goals. It will allow you to pursue your passion for social sciences and provide a clear pathway to university. It’s a bit like Zoom but has a lot of additional functions and resources for your learning materials. You will be added to a class Team where you can chat with your classmates, discuss things with your tutor, view online webinars, get access to resources and do so many more things.

Our team of social science lecturers are extremely supportive and their wealth of knowledge and expertise, combined with their qualifications and experience, can greatly benefit you when returning to education.
