Their Luxe and Gold cuvées are pressed from 100% French Chardonnay in Burgun Ideally, they should be stored in an environment that has a humidity level of 70% plus, with the bottles stored on their sides to keep the corks moist and airtight. A vital consideration in storage is temperature. The optimum range in which to store Champagne / sparkling wines is 45 to 65 degrees F.One part of the specified process required for the making of true “Champagne” is a double fermentation, known as the “Méthode Champenoise”.
