A young carer is a child or young person under the age of 25 that cares for a friend or family member who, due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction, cannot cope without their support. We may revisit and amend these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to you. By continuing to use the Platform after any changes have been made (and, if material, notified), you will be deemed to have accepted those changes and be bound by them. If you do not accept any changes to these Terms, you should not continue to use the Platform. Please note that administrative rights to Spotlight agency accounts are held by the Agent concerned (Business Owner) and not by the individual agency employees, and therefore access to any account attached to that Agent (or details of any activities undertaken on an associated agency account) will be given to Agent administrators ‘Main Users’ by Spotlight on request. In the event of any issues or disputes Spotlight will take instruction only from a Business Owner. Agent employees should additionally be aware that they have no right to gain access, or attempt to gain access, to their Spotlight agency account once they have left employment with the Agent concerned, unless an agreement is in place with the Business Owner. Like everyone else on the Spotlight platform, as a self-represented performer, your profile can be seen and searched by all our casting professionals. Spotlight Members understand that accessing third-party services through their subscription plan may involve sharing certain personal data with the third party provider.

You’ll be able to search for the agency and then add them yourself and it will appear immediately on your profile.
Spotlight reserves the right to remove or refuse, for any reason whatsoever and at any time, the ability for a Spotlight Member to choose to pay by Direct Debit.

As many of our Services are primarily promotional tools, personal data included in these public profiles may be accessible by other Spotlight users and/or the public via wide circulation or redistribution, and via our historical archives. Therefore, you should never include any personal data on a profile that you would wish to remain private.
