It confused me when it claimed (again and again and again) that humans originally had 12 strands of DNA and needed to strive to achieve that alignment again (is there a DNA Alignment for Dummies book? And what is said in this book seems pointed at me, the many lessons I've learned by living and observing and the miracles I've witnessed. The first time I read it I could not put it down until I had read it all, and I finally realised that there are so many more people who are light-workers on the planet right now. you find that every now and again through out the book that they say things like "you have very little time to do this" or "it is imperative that you do this over the next two years".

Honestly, this really does have some interesting concepts, like living your life as you best see fit outside of the constraints of "acceptable convention. I admit, I was only a freshman in high school, so I may have missed it and/or been blissfully unaware of such an event. People like Brené Brown are doing similar things, telling us that by embracing emotions and vulnerability, we actually create a sense of belonging. Startling, intense, intelligent, and controversial, these teachings offer essential reading for anyone questioning his or her existence on this planet and the direction of our collective consciousness. Many of the teachings i read about just ring so true in the deepest part of me its like the book was written after reading my mind or something.
