Every day, a million good things happen — but because our brains are hardwired with an internal negativity bias, it's harder for us to see and remember the positive things happening.This book touches on anxiety and depression and the author shared her experience about the issues through this book. Everything she felt during her dark days she shared with us through this book. I loved her approach. I got so motivated by reading this but I also felt sad when reading this one. But at the end everything is just makes me so motivated. I am a big fan of Debbie Tung's comics. I have read all the other three comics "Quiet Girl in a Noisy World", "Book love" and "Happily Ever After & Everything In Between"
