About this deal

Anyway here are the lessons I learned from that-I am glad to report that this routine, it was not it chief. I think on this sub, scrub=bad, chemical exfoliant=better. At most a physical scrub should be used twice a week if you are going to use them. But the point is, you cannot scrub off your whole ass skin and find a new layer of beautiful skin underneath. It doesn't work that way. In reality it's also about prevention rather than cure. And finally, influencers do not have flawless skin because of X product they recommended. That is THEIR anecdotal experience, and most of the time ngl- it's clinical treatment or genes getting them that look. Research the ingredients yourself. Anyway, I'll try to be a little kinder to my past self, because without that want to learn I wouldn't have got to the point where I am (almost sadly) reading one dermatology related skincare study every few days. Let us know what mistakes you guys made, how did you learn from them? Any cringey regret stories?

Ingredients: Water, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Glycerin, Acrylates Copolymer, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Phenonxyethanol, Caprylyl Glycol, Sodium Hydroxide, Fragrance, Disodium Edta, Citric Acid, Sea Salt, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Laminaria Saccharina Extract, EthylparabenIn the evening, sometimes I would only use a wipe on my face and a charcoal mask. Strangely, that was better than what I did when I wasn't lazy. When I did my routine, I'd use whatever wipe on my face, followed by the clean and clear scrub again (at least I was....sorta double cleansing?) Then my normal charcoal mask, and wash it off. After that I'd use lemon, yes straight lemon, on my acne and dark pigmentation. Then I'd use the nip+fab dragons blood serum, hey at least I was making sure to sensitise my skin with fragrance as well as over-stripping it. Sometimes I'd go on with the clean and clear moisturiser, but most of the time I just used the garnier dry oil on my face again. This question came to mind when I suddenly remembered a horrible thing- My skincare "routine" at age 14. May the Lord forgive me for my sins. When using this product: Skin irritation and dryness is more likely to occur if you use another topical acne medication at the same time. If irritation occurs, only use one topical acne medication at a time. Avoid unnecessary sun exposure and use a sunscreen If you are over-stripping your skin it can cause this strange extremity of oily/dry combination skin, which is what I had at the time. This extreme imbalance makes any acne you try to deal with worse. Instead of over-stripping, hydration can actually help reset this and help your acne be better.

Do not use if you have very sensitive skin, are sensitive to benzoyl peroxide. Stop use and ask a doctor if Irritation becomes severe. Oh and also, I chemically burned myself TWICE with the clean and clear spot treatment, and when I got the burn I applied MORE SPOT TREATMENT. Dear God. OIL DOES NOT MOISTURISE YOUR FACE. WIPES DO NOT CLEAN YOUR FACE. LEMON IS NOT HEALTHY FOR YOUR FACE. CHARCOAL MASKS DO NOTHING FOR YOUR FACE. AND IF YOU GET A CHEMICAL BURN FROM A PRODUCT, DON'T USE MORE OF THAT PRODUCT. Ahem with that out the way- Nip+Fab was mostly perfume The three basics are cleanse, moisturise and sunscreen. If those aren't right don't even try with treatments, because without the base to skincare, there is little to no point.
