About this deal

Step 1: The game will start with the host writing 4 numbers on the host printout sheet. This code must be covered, so none of the guessing players can see them. The host can choose any number combination from 1111 to 9999. Choose one of the six face up Question Cards to ask your opponent. Your opponent must answer truthfully. Once you have asked the question on your chosen Question Card, remove it from the game. If added in the options (recommended) the game will auto-fill 100% known info (e.g. if the question was "where is number 8", as opposed to "do you have an even number" which is vague and you have to figure out yourself)

When you believe you know all of your opponent's tiles, you may choose to guess your opponent's tiles instead of asking a question. State the number and color of your opponent's tiles from left to right. The Windows 98-inspired interface of Break The Code 2.0. (And yes, in case you're wondering, Minesweeper is fully playable.) Failure to (i) meet the eligibility criteria, (ii) comply with these T&Cs and/or (iii) claim the prize within three (3) days, will result in the prize being forfeited.

How to Play Crack the Code Game

Scoring is quite simple and is as follows. The game is timed from when you first select a coloured marble. The joy is obviously in the puzzle, but the strategy is largely in selecting which question to ask. This is particularly true in the four-player game, where not only are you getting information, you’re also giving information to your opponents. Lastly, shuffle the Question Cards and place them in a pile face down. Draw the top six cards from the pile and place them in the center of the table. Each Prize will be awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). NOTE: Although there are multiple versions of this game, this adaptation uses the version whereby you may only guess during your turn NOT out of turn

In a three player game, you may guess the hidden Number Tiles at any time, even if it is not your turn. Announce to the other players that you will guess, and secretly write down what you think the numbers and colors of the five hidden Number Tiles are. In a 4 player game, each player only has 4 tiles, and your goal is to guess the 4 in the middle. When asking/answering questions, you also answer, so all four players provide information! Otherwise, it is identical to the 3 player game. BreakTheCode.Tech officially opened on March 25th, 2022 at 00:00 EDT and closed on April 15th, 2022 at 23:59 EDT. All of these skills are necessary for students to succeed in school! Need More Fun Games Like This? Give out the sweets, lollipops or slips of paper. The hidden message needs to be worked out by students if they want to eat their sweet or lollipop. Tell them that each letter used represents the previous letter in the alphabet, i.e. B represents A, C represents B, etc., with A representing Z. You can demonstrate by writing IJ on the board and eliciting that you have spelled out Hi.Break The Code 2.0 was coded by a team of developers at .Tech Domains. It is a sequel to their codebreaking challenge from last year. Higher-level students can be given hidden messages which review functions such as complaints, apologies, etc. Teachers may include any topics they want students to talk about such as hobbies, family, animals and so on. The goal is to be the first person to guess your opponent’s tiles. You spend your turn listing the exact tiles — color and number — and your opponent tells you if you’re entirely correct (in which case you win) or incorrect. The game has equal turns, so both players could win, or if the cards in the middle run out, both players could lose. If your opponent guessed your tiles and only some were correct, do not tell them which were correct, as they can guess again on their next turn.Remove the following Question Cards from the game: "What is the sum of your three middle tiles?" and "[Shared Info] Is your middle tile greater than 4?" Place all of the Number Tiles face down and shuffle them. You can customize this by creating a table with 4 columns in it and create multiple rows to fill up an entire A4 sheet. Create 2 sections labeled Almost and Perfect next to the table. Draw 4 circles under each of these sections. Each circle will represent one of the columns in your table.
