Everyone has parts of themselves outside of social rules.Newly developed drugs are tested by contrasting their effect with that of an indistinguishable sugar pill, called a placebo. Some of the patients in the test are given the real drug, and some are given the sugar pill. The patients aren't told which they are getting. Both groups tend to get better, even though only one received the drug. This is called the placebo effect. The most important thing with becoming so bowel incontinent that you mess your diaper, is changing your body’s automatic responses. You need to learn to relax your bowel muscles, when you have the urge to go. Hypnosis can condition you to change your automatic response. Instead of tightening your bowel muscles, you have the automatic instinct to give in and relax. You will go through a long phase of weakening Over time, as you do this more and your bowel muscles. I have given many littles and babies encouragement to pee themselves. It can help to have a voice of guidance remind you that inside you are a pants wetter. ABDL and Wetting forums like omorashi.org are also great for getting encouragement from others. Then you can report to Mommy or to someone else to tell them about the experience. Halloween is probably a time of many wetting accidents for people of all ages. Lots of people pee their pants when they’re afraid. Halloween gives so many opportunities for that. Haunted houses, scary movies, people in scary costumes jumping out at you from behind a tree. I’m sure many people have been spooked so much that they left a puddle behind in a haunted house or two. A more conservative file would assure the ABDL that it was necessary and good to wet any time and any place, and that he or she would progressively become incontinent, a little more every time they used a diaper or listened to the file. Behaviorally, the first item alone would result in an increasing habitual incontinence. Hypnotically, the decrease in control, however slight, would be evidence that the subject is actually loosing control. This believed success might increase one's belief in hypnosis, which might increase one's suggestibility. The two effects might amplify each other, and snowball. The ABDL might never be sure whether the incontinence was hypnotic, behavioral, or both; but might not care. Drink a lot of water and liquids. As you drink up feel how it is filling your bladder and feel how your bladder gets weaker and weaker. Start to tell yourself that you might not make it… get into the accident mindset. When your bladder starts to feel really full, start to potty dance. Get your body and mind into the state where you feel that you cannot stop yourself from having a bladder accident. warpmymind.com. This file attempts to cause a sudden urge to pee, followed by a triggered but otherwise uncontrollable wetting. In some, it comes from the subconscious spasms of the outer sphincter. This is a positive suggestion, involving a consciously controlled muscle. (This can be tested by trying to pee partway through the file. The desperation disappears, even if no urine is passed.) This is then followed by the command to urinate. That is, to open both sphincters; a negative suggestion involving reflexively controlled muscles. If the subjects suggestibility is sufficient for the first part but not the second, the file will end disappointingly. While an otherwise well-done file, it either works or doesn't work, either reinforcing or undermining one's belief in hypnosis.

Social rules are just ideas that a large group of people have agreed to. And social rules are different in different countries. If you talk to most people about what they’re interested in, everyone has something they know would be considered a little weird. You’re not alone here, everyone is somewhat outside of social rules. There is no shame in being an adult baby or a diaper lover! Everyone is different! The more you accept the things you like, the more you can enjoy them. Shame and secrecy can make your ABDL lifestyle feel restrained. As you overcome the negative feelings, nurture yourself. Allow yourself to really enjoy the feelings you get from diapers and ABDL activities. Being able to loss control of your bladder is generally easier, with or without hypnosis. With time, the less you hold in your bladder, the less control of it you have. You can un-train these muscles if you focus on it every day. The main obstacle is that most people hold in their bladder muscles automatically. Hypnosis really helps with this, helping you learn to release your bladder as soon as it’s full. The post hypnotic effects will remind your body to wet your diaper automatically, unconsciously. Eventually you re-train your body to no longer hold in your bladder muscles and to simply let them relax. This is one of the core goals in my Permanent Loss of Bladder Control Mp3 files. Additionally, an ABDL seeking a sense of helpless risk might find hypnosis rewarding even if the files aren't even partially successful initially. They just need to believe that the file might suddenly 'get traction' and start working. On that note, don't listen to a file on the assumption that it won't work or will continue to not work. Hypnosis generally won't give instant, movie-like mind control. When deciding whether or not to try hypnosis, accept that just listening to a hypnosis file will probably be ineffective. Few are suggestible enough and enter trances easily enough for the first experience to do much of anything. Weeks of effort might be needed to achieve results, and then those results might require ongoing maintenance. After this investment, you might experience results that are limited by your suggestibility. Currently, there doesn't seem to be a reliable way to measure suggestibility, short of actually investing in hypnosis.
