Mango is definitely one of my favourite summer fruits. I already have a recipe for Mango Mini Cake with Whipped Cream Frosting which is super yum. But now this refreshing Mango Iced Tea will beat the heat this season. Craving for tea but it's too hot to drink one? Try this refreshing Mango Iced Tea. The perfect beverage for Summer. It's sweet, fruity and full of flavour. A great way to use up mangoes this season. Use a spatula to squeeze every last bit of syrup. You will be left with some mango flesh. Discard it. And you know the exciting part? You can replace the mango syrup part with any fruit of your choice. Experiment with strawberries, peach, blueberry or even lemon. The options are endless. Mash the mangoes with a spoon or a fork and leave this mixture aside to rest for around 30 minutes. Cover the pot. Pour the cooled brewed tea on top. Mix the mixture or let the layers show, whichever way you prefer. Garnish with raspberries and mint leaves and serve cold. Cold brewed tea is perfect for outdoor garden parties. It can be prepared in advance and enjoyed in the hot, humid days or taken along for a picnic.
