About this deal

This can only be answered on a case-by-case basis. On a tighter budget, the XDJ-700 (or older discontinued player) makes the most sense. If you are an event promoter and need to fulfill technical riders, you want the CDJ-2000NXS2 without question. If you happen to throw the largest festivals in the world, the rugged TOUR1 is up to the task.

This replaced the CDJ-100s and was very similar in many ways. It still had three built-in sound effects: jet, wah, and zip, though the sound quality of these were improved. And, like its predecessor, the 200 did not support vinyl emulation. This is the first time Pioneer produced a CDJ that you couldn’t scratch on since 1998. Jog Wheel – a feature of all CDJs in which a wheel (also known as a jog dial) allows for music scrubbing, pitch bending, and/or scratching. The first jog dial was actually present on the Technics SL-P1200 in 1986. a b "It's here! The CDJ-2000 pro-grade DJ player for the digital age - Pioneer Europe". ISBN 978-0-557-49982-3. bin fact, very good, because I prefer to cdj1000mk3! is not the same beast of c, but the cdj800mk2 is sooooo close! The Pioneer CDJ-800 gives you almost all the features of its big brother (the Pioneer CDJ-1000) at a fraction of the cost. It also gives you a few new features not found on their other units. The construction of the unit is perfect in every way. The look, the buttons, the feel, the layout, the size (which is more compact than the CDJ-1000). Even the smell of it is appealing (as it gets pulled out of the box for the 1st time). It's surprisingly lightweight and it really looks like it's built to last. It's an all round sexy machine!!!

The CDJ-500S (also known as the CDJ-700S in the United States) released in 1997, was a smaller version of the CDJ-500. It marked the first inclusion of an anti-skip system.

An updated version of the CDJ-1000, the CDJ-1000 MK2 was released in July 2003 with additional features like an improved jog wheel and faster response time than in the original model. The product was discontinued in 2006 when the MK3 was introduced into the market. This player allowed DJs to experience a fairly standard club setup, at a much more reasonable price point. With a similar form-factor to the CDJ-2000NXS2 and the ability to sync up to your Pioneer system via Pro DJ Link, the DJS-1000 fits in and plays nicely with the rest of your gear. The ultimate mothership of CDJs, geared towards large-scale production rather than home users or nightclubs. It shares the layout and features of the CDJ-2000NXS2, but contains a few beefed-up audio components and a large fold-out screen.

I bought this plate rputation.Avant I had a denon 2600 and pioneer of the cdj100 ... I am the short pass much, much bigger! What I like most? ... Deu.C everything that is really a pure merveille.Elle does everything and not half I am a beginner, but nevertheless I could test the CDJ-200 and Vestax CDX-05 for 2 weeks and indeed the CDJ-800MK2 stands out quite clearly. The CDJ-1000 had a great run, but Pioneer needed to keep up with the Joneses… specifically, all of the functionality that was becoming more and more accessible via laptops and controllers. Before buying my first CDJ 800, I had a CDJ 100 S, then the 200 ... Nothing to do with a 800 and even less with the 800 MK2. This new player is really excellent.

The "Master Tempo" is not laggy like it's competition. Pioneer definately sports the tightest algorithm out there. I've tested almost every brand available and this one really shines in that aspect! The Pioneer CDJ-900 was announced [20] simultaneously with Pioneer CDJ-2000 on September 17, 2009. The player had been available since the end of December 2009. [20]

Released in 2004 and designed for professional use in clubs, it featured real-time digital video scratching, looping and instant hot cueing. It had capability to sync video and audio streams even when being pitched or reversed. It also played CDs with features similar to the regular CDJ-1000 CD turntable. [2] A limited-edition model was also released, which replaced the orange illumination with cobalt blue. CDJ-2000 Of the range Pioneer, I think the CDJ 800 MK2 offer the best quality / price ratio because they are a real alternative to MK2 or MK3 1000. No really, I stand behind my DJM800 + efx1000 not budget for, but people will not have the budget ki like me and want the same as ki cdj1000mk2/mk3 darken the cdj800mk2.
