I like Sheseido Wetforce’s light texture and subtle glow, except it’s scented and loaded with chemicals. Allie Chrono Beauty Gel UV EX: The most generic sunscreen under this series for all skin types. It can be used on both the face and body. The formula is available in either 40g or 90g size. It's a new generation sunscreen agent that was specifically designed for high SPF and good UVA protectionand based on a 2007 study that compared 18 sunscreen agents available in the EU it really had the best SPF protection(they used the highest concentration allowed by EU regulations from each 18 sunscreens and Trinosorb S gave an SPF 20 all by itself). While other beneficial ingredients like hyaluronic acid ( which this does contain) are nice, I don’t really care for them in sunscreens. I’m wearing this mainly to protect my skin against UV rays, and that’s what I want the formula to focus on. So props to Allie for focusing on what matters. Usage Experience A fun way to apply body sunscreen with this one. SHISEIDO Anessa Perfect UV Sunscreen Bubble Spray gives a bubbly lotion that pops and tingles on the skin. It also leaves a cooling sensation, almost like menthol. My two kids love using this sunscreen on their bodies.All skin types, except the super dry and sensitive, as this does contain alcohol. My dry skin had no issues though. What makes me happy using this Kanebo Allie Extra UV Perfect sunscreen is the fact that despite my being on the beach and by the pool, under noonday sun, I did not burn nor did I even turn red where I applied this sunscreen. I used it all over my face and body (arms and legs) and because I was aware of being under prolonged sun exposure, I reapplied about every 90 minutes. I barely even tanned! The beginnings of SUPERGOOP are very heartwarming. The idea for SUPERGOOP came to Thaggard when a friend was diagnosed with skin cancer at the age of 29. As she learnt more about the risks of exposure to UV rays, she realised that sunscreens were not made available in schools. Thaggard started working on formulating sunscreens that would be dispensed in schools. Unfortunately, the distribution was prohibited by US government regulations as sunscreens are considered as over-the counter drugs. Inevitably, SUQQU Extra Protector 50 will be compared to its predecessor. And as much as I think it was great for my skin, SUQQU Extra Protector 50’s cosmetic elegance pales in comparison to the original formula. I prefer the glow and radiance that the older formula gave on my skin. I personally find the formula very comfortable on my skin. I have read reports of people who find it drying (and it may feel that way for some) but on my dry skin, I don’t find it to be so. I don’t find it to be uncomfortable either.

Heatforce Technology is another interesting aspect of SHISEIDO The Perfect Protector SPF 50. With this proprietary technology, the sunscreen’s protective benefits increase when the temperature increases. I was not able to find details about the mechanisms of Heatforce; so if any of you do, please let me know and I will update this post accordingly . SUQQU Extra Protector 50 is the newest sunscreen from SUQQU. Formula wise, it is similar to its predecessor: a mix of physical and chemical sunscreen filters with green tea extract and sodium hyaluronate. A safe combination for most sunscreens.
To obtain sufficient UV protection, apply a generous amount of the gel. If necessary, reapply every 2~3 hours. Allie Chrono Beauty Color Tuning UV 01 (Ennui Purple): If your skin is dull and generally yellow with sallow skin, this purple base works to rid them. The formula has a Hydrangeas and Sage scent.

My observation is based on whether my skin warms up after sun exposure. UVB rays are what causes the skin to warm and burn, and I find that some sunscreens prevent that from happening better than others. Allie Chrono Beauty Milk UV EX: Unlike other variants, this formula has a much thinner yet super waterproof consistency for more comfortable wear. The sunscreen is available in a bottle of 60ml.
