Acqua di Selva moved from Victor to Visconti di Modrone after the former dissolved, but I sense little difference as this was never heavy on restricted materials since oakmoss is a background player to the pine and cedar. The camphorous pine steeped in lemon that is its fanfare may be repellent to those accustomed to creamy-dreamy pseudo-tonka pralines, but I live for it. Herbs and citruses from a happy young man garden - rosemary, lavender, bergamot are drying in the cottage rafters.
