This heated over-blanket is my new best friend! Wish I'd had it years ago. Would highly recommend it especially to anyone who, like myself has fibromyalgia or any other muscular or similar painful problems.Also ideal as I have a Tempur memory foam mattress which it is recommended to use an over blanket. For machine washing, load the blanket into the machine taking care that it does not rest on the rubber which surrounds the opening, we suggest either a bath towel or sheet be loaded in front of the blanket, to help prevent the blanket falling forward.
