About this deal

But after 4-years the the problem remains getting one's hands on some of this really nice ASS since--here in the States--it is typically only shipped from the Middle East and India. Moreover, several other really nice Aventus Clones have come along the past 2-3 years that are much easier to obtain and half-the-price. Although I prefer ASS (who doesn't?) I can see how others may prefer CdNI, L'Aventure or Pure II...which are all very good copies IMO. It is much better than the popular Club de Nuit Sillage, which I couldn’t stand as it was a synthetic, harsh, and offensive mess. Definitely avoid that one. Overall: I give the clear nod to Not Only Intense. When it comes to CDNIM, just save money and get the original edt. There's almost no difference at all. Colossians 1:18 tn See the note on the term “firstborn” in 1:15. Here the reference to Jesus as the “firstborn from the dead” seems to be arguing for a chronological priority, i.e., Jesus was the first to rise from the dead.

Blows Oud for Glory out of the water. Not even a competition. Oud for Glory is in the G-League and Supremacy in Oud is dunking on your favorite all-star. At first I was a bit underwhelmed, the initial performance live the hype, after 3 full wearing I let my bottle rest for a month. Now, there is drastic improvement on performance! Colossians 1:17 tn BDAG 973 s.v. συνίστημι B.3 suggests “ continue, endure, exist, hold together” here.I have both OFG and this one. To me afnan is the more refined and smooth version of OFG because that one -to my nose- is a little rough on the edges but afnan is absolutely gorgeous .. creamy and smooth.. one would think this is the original and OFG is the clone!! I've been seriously into men's fragrance since the 80's, when most men's cologne lasted 8 hours to 2 days on skin. No bull!..... And I'm so impressed with Supremacy in Oud that I can hardly put into words what it MEANS to me--having discovered it about a year ago. Let's just say that I rate all of my fragrances on a standard 100-point scale. BUT regardless how good a fragrance smells, I won't rate any fragrance over an "89" unless I can smell it on myself "easily and regularly" for at least 8 hours. And I've got dry skin to boot. So prior to SIO, the last time I actually wore a "90+" rated fragrance was in 1999 before they reformulated my Giorgio Red for Men! (And yes, I'm sure I've also gone nose-blind to numerous other fragrances since, that may have otherwise "made the grade"). Scent: CDNIM Parfum LE is the woodier smelling of the two. I was disappointed by the smell, because it smells 99% identical to the edt. That means it smells great, because the edt smells great. This one is just less harsh in the opening, but after ten minutes they're identical. There is no way anyone around you will be able to tell the difference. It doesn't smell any deeper or richer. Kind of a bummer really. Supremacy NOI smells fruitier and sweeter, but still smells quite similar to CDNIM. Which one is better just comes down to personal preference. Neither smells higher quality than the other. Afnan Supremacy Incense is way less smoky than expected, and dries down to be surprisingly sweet/vanilla like. If you are expecting charred wood smoke, or a more aggressive ashy smoke, this is not it. More of a smooth incense, further tempered by the warm, sweet and smooth notes swirling around.

This does bear some similarity to OFG, especially in the opening. It is a beast performer as well. All well and good. However, I really dislike it mainly because of the skanky sweetness. The top note reminds me of something, I can't call it by its name, but I would put it away if it got into my fridge. Maybe it's the bergamot, or the mandarin was bad???A couple of sprays on my wrist are all I needed to tell it was a great blind buy as just smelling it from a distance was extremely pleasing. I did bury my nose into the scent on my wrist afterward, and that wasn't a good idea because it didn't settle yet. But after a few minutes, the scent transformed into a sweet earthy incense that is continually wafting its way up to my nose even at arm's length. Today, I tried Afnan on one hand and a current Aventus batch on the other. I do not know the specific batch number since it was just sample from the Creed counter at Neiman's. There was no batch number on the tester. Now this particular batch is less fruity so the comparisons were definitely closer. The Afnan had more of a sharper smell to it but ALMOST identical with the Aventus in the first 20 mins. They both dry down about the same with the Afnan being a little more synthetic.

I have been layering ASS with Demeter Pineapple which extends the pineapple vibe another half-hour or so. I never thought adding a drop of pineapple essential oil, but it sounds like something I should try. Regardless, I have something like a dozen Aventus clones in the Scent Armory yet I almost always reach for Aventus when I am in an Aventus mood. Some of the clones come close, but nothing has been able to duplicate that addictive burnt-pineapple and smokey-birch accords that makes Aventus magical. After the first 5 minutes of intense alcohol, it is BY FAR the closest thing you will find scent wise to Aventus.Colossians 1:15 tn The genitive construction πάσης κτίσεως ( pasēs ktiseōs) is a genitive of subordination and is therefore translated as “over all creation.” See ExSyn 103-4. From experience ones body chemistry has a lot to do with how well a fragrance works on the skin. I recall my experience with Issey Miyake pour homme, I loved the frag but it just never lasted on my skin but it was a monster on others. Paco Robanne 1 Million and Thiery Mugler's A*MEN gave me terrible headaches, I couldn't wear them.

I just had to create an account here to end this thing with people calling this similar to Hacivat, because it is NOT. Like not even remotely close. As I am writing this review I got both on, Hacivat on one arm NOI on the other. I own Creed aventus batch 19p11, fruity batch. Compared to CDNI, this is a less smoky and is more fruity. However, compare to aventus, I would say it's 90% for the first 3 minutes, then it became a different on its own. Note: Whatever is mentioned above is my personal opinion based on my personal experience. Other community members may differ and I do respect opinion of others. I actually prefer the smell of this over Aventus, which I've sampled before. I have no say on how it compares to Nishane Hacivat, as I have yet to try it, but I'm sure it's similar. It's not bad, nor displeasing, nor is it worth all the hype. I bought some real cheapies for € 9 / 100 ml from 'The Master Perfumer' at Kruidvat (a Dutch brand) and some of their fragrances are priced ever far cheaper than the Afnan and will also offer you this salty soapy musky skin scent.I have never smelled Amouage Interlude but discovered Afnan while searching Aventus inspired fragrances. Afnan Supremacy Silver is a great scent lalso. So I blind bought ASI as the price point was amazing coupled with my love of Arabic scents. This lasts long guys, at the end of my night I can still smell it on and off but because I got nose fatigue from it I was deceived by the performance Overall, it is more refined than CDIM, richer, fruitier and less synthetic. For that it gets two thumbs up. If you don’t have the nose for it, they aren’t light years apart.
