Currently on small flake shavings with wood pellets underneath his wee patch. He has a 6" deep bed with mats at the front and underneath the right of his bed. 12x12 stable. When I dig out, I take out the left side of the bed move the bedding from the right (including banks) over to the left to go on top of fresh pellets, and put the new shavings in on the right. We've both been v.happy with this arrangement but lately his stable seems to be getting v.dusty.
