About this deal

Front camera Modern smartphones have one or more front cameras and their positioning has led to various design concepts – pop-up camera, rotating camera, notch, punch hole, under-display camera, etc. Aperture Upper entry-level Motorola phones like this are, for the most part, extremely practical. The company has just taken it to the next level here. How often does a phone look better with a case attached? The Motorola Moto G60S was originally released in August 2021. At the time of launch it was Motorola’s top-end 4G Android.

Design Information about the dimensions and weight of the device, shown in different measurement units. Body materials, available colors, certifications. WidthTriple Rear Camera Setup: 108 MP Main (Quad Pixel Technology) + 8 MP Ultra-wide Angle and Macro Vision Camera (f/2.2 Aperture, 1.0μm Pixels Size, FOV 117 Degree) + 2 MP Depth Camera, Rear Camera Features: Shot Optimization, Auto Smile Capture, Gesture Selfie, Smart Composition, HDR, Timer, Active Photos, Pro Mode, Portrait Mode, Cutout, Macro, Spot Color, Cinemagraph, Panorama, Live Filter, High-Res Zoom, RAW Photo Output, Best Shot, Google Lens Integration, Rear Camera Video Features: Macro Video, Slow Motion Video, Timelapse Video, Hyperlapse Video, Spot Color Since the Moto G60 should have the same photography software plus upgraded hardware, we're hopeful it will do even better with its main cam and mitigate some of the issues with its sibling phones' selfies.

Information about the number of pixels on the horizontal and vertical dimensions of the photos taken by the front camera, indicated in megapixels as well. It’s a nice, big, solid screen. However, it’s not really remarkable at this price. Even Samsung, not famed for its ultra-high-value entry level phones, offers a 1080p OLED at this price in the 4G version of the Samsung Galaxy A32. The Moto G60S would be notable if it had 5G with this screen, at this price, but it doesn’t. The Moto G60 display matches the leaked specs we learned of last month: it has a 6.8-inch LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10 certification, and a Full HD+ display with 1080 x 2460 resolution and 396 ppi.Motorola has been aggressive with the Moto G60, and the Rs. 17,999 price matches that of the Realme 8 Pro. While there have been compromises to get to this price point, Motorola hasn't cut corners significantly in terms of performance or the software experience. The Moto G60 is more powerful than the Realme 8 Pro and offers a better user experience.

Selfies taken with the 32-megapixel front camera were also binned and saved as 8-megapixel files. Daylight selfies were sharp and accurate, and selfie portraits also had good edge detection. Low-light selfies were average but I found the colour tone to be slightly off here as well. The usage of GSM networks persists in various regions across the globe. The Moto G60's 5G support future-proofs the device, ensuring compatibility with upcoming advancements in network technology and services. With its Wi-Fi capability, the Moto G60 provides users with the flexibility to connect to available wireless networks, offering an alternative to cellular data usage. Bluetooth connectivity is an integral part of the Moto G60 smartphone, allowing users to effortlessly connect to Bluetooth accessories and peripherals, expanding their device's functionality. ARK: Survival Evolved does not run particularly well at its maximum setting, with a consistently sub-optimal frame rate. All games run well, but not necessarily at their top graphical settings.

Information about additional software and hardware features of the front camera which improve its overall performance. You get 128GB of storage with a Moto G60S, so there are no complaints there. It’s a lot of space. Storage speed is good too, with read speeds of 375MB/s, and writes of 211MB/s. Battery life The software beneath Moto’s thin custom later is Android 11, and the MediaTek G95 is the processor powering it.

Nevertheless, the Motorola Moto G60S can still take perfectly good photos in most conditions. It’s helped by Auto HDR processing, and while the OV64B40 isn’t a top-end sensor, it holds up pretty well considering its compromises. Information about the height, i.e. the vertical side of the device when it is used in its standard orientation. This thinking has reached its natural conclusion in the Motorola Moto G60S. It might be the only phone I’ve used that looks better in its case than out of it – and I think this is deliberate. Photos of people shot in dim rooms look undersaturated, soft and murky. Street photography at night is low on detail, excessively soft, and color is poor. The Moto G60S does have a Night Vision mode, which improves the brightness of images a bit, but the results are still bad compared to those of a Pixel 4a.The Moto G60 is currently only available in India and Mexico. Other countries will follow later, but it's still unclear which ones. Prices have not been announced. However, you don’t get 5G mobile internet or the stereo speakers that have been fairly common in recent Moto phones, and camera quality is just okay. The Moto G60 is priced at Rs. 17,999 in India and is available in a single configuration with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Motorola offers the Moto G60 in two colours: Dynamic Gray and Frosted Champagne. Moto G60 design Night scenes show how far the camera lags behind something like the Google Pixel 4a, though. You can’t take good low-light images with the Moto G60S, unless you use the manual mode and a long exposure (which requires a tripod or something to keep the phone ultra-still).
