About this deal
The world that he imagines will excite and transport drawers, as he brings this beautiful fantasyscape and its creatures to life. Featuring amazing artwork from talented illustrator Kerby Rosanes, Imagimorphia: 20 Posters to Colour is the perfect way to display incredible colouring creations.
I was disappointed in the set up of Animorphia, not with the illustrations, which are wonderful (even thought they are not "my thing") but b/c it told the user what to do nearly on every page.If I didn't have access to the UK version, I would have been okay with the US one but I still would have been a little bit unhappy with a couple of issues.
Imagimorphia is an amazing adult coloring book challenge featuring his trademark strange and super-detailed images, and perfect for coloring then posting on the wall or framing. I found that I actually liked Imagimorphia even more than Animorphia – which was difficult to do as I so enjoyed his first book in this series. The paper is extremely smooth and did not provide good tooth (or grip) for the color to adhere evenly. If you go over the same area a few times you may find slight shadowing on the reverse, but it's not a major issue. So, the designs are great, as expected, but what about the publishing quality of the US published book? It actually weighs slightly more than the UK version – either a slightly heavier paper or the slightly larger size of book – or a combination of both of these. Hopefully the illustrator focuses on the awe-inspiring art work in the future instead of giving others "what to do" instructions.
