About this deal

It is also nice to see so much power coming out of this little box with the beefy 48 volt power supply, showcasing the advancements in amplification density we have today. I guess the review is out now due to embargo issues as it has just come out across Europe using the coupon or I too bought one of these for around €70, glad it wasn't a waste of money other than a slightly load-dependent frequency response (but less so than other budget class D implementations with tone controls), it seems to me you can't expect much more from a product in this price range. Ensure that the positive and negative poles of the speaker output do not touch together. Some relatively large banana plugs are easy to touch together and cause a short circuit. The tests are in 48 volt unless I say otherwise (I had mistakenly assumed it was the standard, not the 32 volt). Here is our dashboard: Lastly, Fosi Audio included built in bluetooth on this little amplifier which means you can easily begin playing music via your phone without having to hook up a traditional sound source.

The operation of the relay commute, between audio and Bluetooth inputs is silent and effective. The useful Bluetooth range is more than 5 meters. The quality of the Bluetooth 4,2 audio is adequate for a second input. In addition to the unpowered analog output to your speakers, Fosi also included a proper 3.5mm PRE-OUT on the BT20A Pro. You can use it to connect a powered subwoofer or speaker but you can also use it as a preamp and attach it to a power amplifier. That lets you use the volume, treble and bass to control the audio, passing on all the work to the power amp. With 300W available already you may never need to make use of it. Seeing it on an amp of this cost is a very nice bonus. That’s pretty much how the entire industry runs, be it stage amps or home audio models. Whatever wattage you see will be about twice what you can actually get, if you can feed it enough power. A power amp connected via the pre-out could certainly change things. The original TB10D lists 32V 6A and 28V 8A power supplies as working, which gets you just short of 200W. If you wanted to push things, you could try a higher wattage power supply to see what happens. Reply That aside, note how the response is more or less is flat in audible band with the treble and bass controls set to their detent, center position. Its not though. Only cheap shit plays the sketchy fantasy wattage numbers game. Any decent class AB amp will hit or get within 10% of their specs, and or even sometimes exceed them. The same goes for bette class D moduels from the likes of IcePower or Hypex.

But I wouldn’t buy this for critical listening. All of the exciting musicality you hear with other amps, even budget Class A/B models like I mentioned above, simply isn’t present in this budget Class D amp. Should You Buy The Fosi BT20A Amplifier? Fosi Audio BT20A PRO is an upgraded Bluetooth 5.0 HiFi stereo amplifier with PRE-OUT port, which can be used as a preamplifier. The BT20A PRO supports RCA/Bluetooth input, suitable for most passive speakers as well as active ones.Easy to set up, no special software, app, or driver to install, a true plug-and-play digital audio adapter. This is the type of amp that can do a lot of things for you. This amp’s main goal was to create an easy, enjoyable and hassle-free experience right out of the box. With its size in mind one can see how it can be the best mini stereo amplifier. Our hearts are taken by this amplifier. If you are shopping for an amplifier and trying to decide between the two units, I would suggest upgrading to the BT20A Pro, for a lot of the added features mentioned above.
