Lydia Good, editorial director, acquired world all language rights to two books from Laurie Robertson at PFD, with What’s For Dinner to be published on 2nd February 2023. What’s For Dinner In One Pot? is the follow-up to Rossi’s What’s For Dinner: Fuss-free family food in 30 minutes. Every recipe in Rossi’s latest cookbook uses one of three pans – a baking tray, a slow cooker or a sauté pan – and includes 10 weekly plans with shopping lists. "It’s the perfect recipe book for anyone who wants to save time in the kitchen without compromising on nutritious, tasty food for all the family," wrote the publisher. In What’s For Dinner, the publisher says, Rossi “will take the pain out of food planning for the everyday”.
