As you’d expect from a smaller radio, the Uno has less power and can’t go as loud. It could be a good choice for a bedroom or other small, quiet room, while the RD70 would be a better choice if you need something loud. After finding the channel you want to listen to, simply press the tuning knob to select it and start listening. You can play all your favourite digital radio stations without any interference. Headphone, aux in and line out connections are highly useful, it is great having the dc in and line out on the bottom in a recess with plenty of room for ease of connection. Remember that it’s intended more for style and quality than any boom-box functionality. It’s worth thinking about how you’re going to use your new radio before investing in this one. Roberts Revival Uno review: VerdictThe Roberts Revival Uno BT is a radio that offers Bluetooth connectivity for streaming audio wirelessly. It features a classic design that is reminiscent of vintage radios, providing a retro aesthetic. The radio is equipped with DAB and FM reception, allowing users to access a wide range of radio stations with clear and crisp sound quality. Improve the line out function as this only works if the radio has the sound on at least level 1 and is unusable with Bluetooth as the volume would need to be on max otherwise it is too quiet of an output as this changes with the volume control on Bluetooth. Compared to other models in the "classic" Revival range (excluding the Mini and Petite), the Uno BT is the smallest. There's not an enormous difference- we're only talking a couple of inches. Sound performance One of the nice things about this radio and others in the Revival range is that you change the station and adjust the volume using old-fashioned rotary controls rather than pushing buttons. Even if you’re listening to the radio using the latest DAB+ technology, you’ll feel like you’re using a classic radio from the 1950s.
In a lot of ways, the Roberts Revival Uno BT is very much the little brother of the Classic Revival. It’s smaller in size, which is a benefit if you’re looking for something portable with a compact design and smaller features. You can also access Bluetooth streaming with this radio. Therefore, you can stream music directly from your smartphone. For FM radio stations, ensure the telescopic aerial is fully extended. Long-press the mode button and release it when the FM mode is selected. However, for a small digital radio with limited features, the Revival Uno seems very expensive. You can buy a radio with the same features for a quarter of the price, but it wouldn’t have the beautiful retro design of the Revival Uno. On the plus side, Roberts consistently proves that a small radio doesn’t have to mean limited sound.

Our one complaint about its predecessor, the Revival Uno, was that it didn't have Bluetooth connectivity. That problem has been resolved with the Uno BT- that's what the "BT" in the name stands for. Pairing up a device is nice and straightforward, and once you've done it once, the Uno BT will remember it from then on, and will usually connect automatically. In addition to its radio capabilities, the Roberts Revival Uno BT also functions as a Bluetooth speaker. It can be paired with a smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled devices to play music or other audio content. This provides users with the flexibility to enjoy their favorite music or podcasts without the need for additional speakers or systems.
