When should I use it? Cavilon no sting barrier film can be applied to both intact and sore skin, without stinging. Cavilon no sting barrier film will protect ‘good’ skin from potential damage caused by leakage and adhesive trauma. It can also aid the healing of sore or broken skin and protect it from further damage. If an area is missed, re apply to that area only after first application of Cavilon No Sting Barrier Film has dried (approximately 30 seconds). The film is colourless, transparent and possesses good oxygen and moisture vapor permeability. Reapplication of Cavilon No Sting Barrier Film Spray is necessary each time dressing or adhesive products are changed; barrier film is removed by the adhesive.
