Then, I would suggest connecting A and B pieces (see diagram) to create two rectangular “frames” that will sit parallel Once your first coat has been applied, follow the directions on your sealer for waiting to apply another coat (mine was 4 hours before reapplying) Next, take a brad nailer (or wood glue and nailing by hand) and nail around the edges of the MDF on the face of the material (if you are using glue, you will need to put the wood glue around the sides of the frame and clamp the MDF to the wood for a period of time before nailing the MDF in place) After your first two sides (with the narrower MDF panels) are attached, do the same with the wider two pieces. The process should be the same, although if everything is measured and cut properly, now the two pieces should cover the outside edges of the first two pieces. This will result in a crisp corner

However, I will caveat my success with the fact that this was my first ever woodworking project AND my first time working with cement. That being said, I didn’t have all the tools that I have now (that would have made this project MUCH MUCH easier and more precise). NO HASSLE ASSEMBLY - Look no further for beautiful, functional, and easy to assemble furniture for your home. This piece of furniture requires assembly and comes with clear and concise step by step instructions that make set up a breeze! Before using the table, I would give it about another 8 hours or so after your last layer to fully dryPanels made of honeycomb inlay framed with chipboard and encased in an MDF shell that is veneered or painted; which reduces weight but increases durability and strength. I personally did not need to sand until after the cement was completely dry (likely because I was really meticulous about the smoothness of my cement application), but if you are noticing any sharp spots or more texture than you were looking for, you can sand between coats Don’t forget to take the smaller putty knife around the edges while the cement is still soft (SOO SATISFYING TRUST ME)
