reason to read Manga online is the huge amount of material that is available. When you go to a comic store or

This was also a somewhat interesting take on vampire society, what with the Fangs organization, blood delivery, pairing with other vampires being encouraged, support groups, etc. As a fresh vampire, En has to face struggles he never had to face before. Adjusting to his new life as a vampire certainly isn’t the easiest task, but Ishii, a much more experienced vampire, helps guiding him through his new daily life. The story dives into many different aspects of what it means to be a vampire and goes into detail about topics such as loneliness and suicidality. The reader is able to see En slowly but surely adjust more and more to his new everyday and I honestly want to figure out how this story will go on. The premise is interesting and vampire BL storyline is right up my alley. But I found something to be missing though I cannot quite say what exactly.NO THOUGHTS HEAD EMPTY JUST HOT GAY VAMPIRES DOING HOT GAY VAMPIRE THINGS //aggressively smashes that 5-star rating because I am nothing but a being who exists merely to follow and please my libido's commands and it says 5 stars of excellence so 5 stars of excellence it is 😠💥 Bitten by a vampire at a club, nineteen-year-old En barely survived. Taken under the wing of Ichii — a member of the health and welfare division of the vampire rights organization known as FANGS — En learns he's to be taught about this new "world" he must survive in. The story was weak for me. This volume felt like a prologue to a bigger story with little establishing action beyond En getting turned and him declaring his partnership with Ichii. Balibally teases their audience with Ichii's mysterious past and a secret he's keeping, but the pull isn't strong enough when the volume centers around meeting side characters, how En reacts to them, and two sex scenes. En's framing also made me uncomfortable at times. I understand age gaps have existed in vampiric love stories before, but the constant reinforcing of En as a "virgin" and a "baby" feels like infantilization and reminds me of fanservice media I've seen/been exposed to with women getting the same treatment. I'm getting past the point where characters are framed as desirable because of their youth. I think supernatural romances deserve more than that.

THIS WAS SO CUTE AND HOT AND JUST EXTREMELY ADORABLE. Heart-wrenching, yes, but delicious. It's a freaking feast, alright. I love this so much, omg I don't think I can keep calm! This is just so good. I love the storytelling and the art style. Just gorgeous. It was so hot, yes, but I love how it's not your usual yaoi story with senseless intercourse. It has its subtleties that also reflects on the art sequence that will just move you to tears. Billy Balibally is such a fairy godmother, I love her! I can't wait for volume 2!! I loved how much this explored different aspects of vampirism and the different ways it can affect people. Cheating. Loneliness. Depression. Lovers and children growing old. That sort of thing. But i'm... not that even a good person. I'm not respectable enough... to deserve people doting on me the way they do." FANGS Vol. 1 was an enjoyable read. I liked the premise, and both En and Ichii came across well as characters. The artwork is fine, the men all beautifully drawn, and I also enjoyed a lot of the interactions with side characters, as well as those between the two main protagonists. However, it was missing a spark for me. I never completely well in love with the tale or the characters, and when this volume ended I felt like I wouldn't mind seeing what happened next, but that I wouldn't be heartbroken if I didn't read on. As such, I am giving it 3.5 stars. Although it didn't completely grab me, it has a lot going for it that will make it appeal to fans of BL vampire stories with plenty of steamy moments. Elsie’s a vampire and Jimmy’s a werewolf and they’re girlfriend and boyfriend and hilarity ensues and waffle waffle… We got to really meet six different vampires in this volume, and each was unique and different. I really got a sense of personality for every character. They all felt believable and somehow even felt older, like their actual ages, despite looking young.
