About this deal

For an introductory routine, I would suggest a three-day-per-week full-body routine with some strength focus, such as Stronglifts 5×5: Firstly 15 days is far too short a time to start seeing results, and, secondly, without knowing you, I’d say that looking for answers in supplements is not going to give you the results you’re after.

If I drink a full serving of the stuff every day I’m able to get up to about 144 pounds and maintain that. Are you a hardgainer or ectomorph looking to put on weight and add some serious muscle to your frame? One thing that cant be be ignored with Serious Gainz is the incredible value. Despite the low cost, the quality remains. Given that I’d probably be having one serving of a one scoop per day, how long do you think the bottle will last for me?

Supplements are useful only when you’ve reached to a stage where you are not able to meet your calorie and nutrient requirements by whole foods.

Regarding scoops, I would suggest taking one per serving at first, and then work up to two, seeing how you go. Mix 3 scoops with 400-500ml of water and consume once per day. On workout days consume immediately post-training.We recommend 1 serving a day at least but if desired you can take more for extra calories as required.Reflex One-Stop Xtreme also contains glutamine, creatine, vitamins, digestive aids and a ton of other important muscle-building supplements so you will save money on those. Where to Buy Serious Gainz Yes, it’s normal to develop a bit of a gut while taking mass gainers of this ilk, as this is not really a ‘clean’ bulk.

Please remember to use this product sensibly and as intended. It is a food supplement which should be used alongside a sensible and balanced diet by athletes who are training hard to gain lean muscle mass. Don’t take more than 1 shake per day and keep out of the reach of children, and if you are a female athlete do not use this product if you are pregnant or lactating. Ingredients…

Safety warning: Serious Gainz is a food supplement, and should be used as part of a balanced and varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store out of the reach of children. Please consult your GP prior to use if you have a pre-existing medical condition. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating women. And lastly, regarding your last question, yes, you really need to be working out while taking this, otherwise all those calories are just going to build fat and not contribute to any muscle gain. Hey Henry, I really liked your review here but think there may be some confusion around serving size (not helped by the instructions on the container!).

You’re also going to be subjected to some severe rectal turbulence while taking this supplement, so brace yourself and everyone else within a 10 metre radius of your anus. Can I take only one full scoop since it is just the beginning and then increase my intake after some time? As a starting point, aim to consume around 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight per day. I’m a huge advocate of the 5×5 protocol, having used the Stronglifts and Madcow programmes as well as Reg Park’s original 5×5 routines, time and time again to great effect. Sure, they can give you a little boost, but in the grand scheme of things, the bulk of your results will come from the correct gym and diet regimen. As I mentioned in the review, the taste and mixability of Serious Mass is certainly not great, so it probably was authentic. As such, towards the end of the month I tended to use just the one scoop, which works out at about 700 calories a serving.
