Exactly what a hedge witch is, is hard to put a finger on. It’s an eclectic practice that encompasses quite a few different elements. The Kutum weapons have a mixture of AP and DP with additional monster damage. This makes them great for PVE and they are also good in PVP when running hybrid evasion builds on certain classes.
