Broad Ken isn’t the same size as the older style Ken dolls. But I’ve designed a wedding set that fits regular Ken dolls really well. Rubeus Hagrid doll comes dressed in his signature look, a belted shirt and vest, pants and boots. Special details, like his beard and curly hair, make him look just like his character in the celebrated film series. I tried the blue trousers on him first. The inseam is right, but the waistline is too slim for him. Next I tried the gingham shirt on him. It fit, although it’s a bit snug.

Whether he’s protecting the grounds with his magical creatures or on the way to protect his friends Harry, Ron and Hermione, there’s no denying that Rubeus Hagrid is everyone’s favourite gamekeeper, Keeper of Keys and Grounds at Hogwarts. We’d go as far to say the Wizarding World too. This friendly, bearded half-giant wizard has a huge heart, and he’s always around to lend a hand. I was given a Hagrid doll for Christmas a couple of years ago, but I hadn’t taken him out of the box yet.
