Rather conveniently, they’ve even been color-coded to signify what type of mission they give: yellow NPCs are optional side missions, blue are main story missions, and red are missions that reward the player with new weapons. By the time I got to the second egg, which is hidden in a large underground mine, I just started running around and grabbing whatever I needed to grab. The machine gun overheats pretty easily, so it’s best not to overdo it or it’ll jam for a moment, wasting valuable time. I don’t have the weapon list nailed down 100%, but there will be at least three unlockable weapons besides the default machine gun, and one of them will be a rocket launcher. The best and only weapon players can wield in their fight against Charles is the gun mounted on the back of their train.Despite being much less open than Choo-Choo Charles, Inside The Backrooms provides the same amount of incentive to explore its winding hallways that all seem to look eerily similar. The railway points (where you get to change the road by using a lever to go whichever way you wanna go) don't have any animations for rails. Overall gameplay was meh it was all just kinda lacking and i cant say i enjoyed it much ether as it simply want very fun. Choo Choo Charles involves riding a train across an open-world environment, completing missions for non-player creatures, gathering treasures, and utilizing that loot to enhance their trains to battle Charles, who occasionally hunts for the player.

Scattered amongst the various required and optional missions on the island are three red "weapon missions. And once we use lever and head out to road there is a point which it checks where the lever is facing and sends us that way but makes us go offroad a little bit which makes the game kinda odd. There are three upgrade paths, and all of them use Scraps, which are found in the map or earned from NPCs. They learn that Warren is responsible for causing Charles' awakening, having discovered Charles' eggs after digging too deep during a mining operation. Having been a video game addict all his life, starting from his very first game Lego Star Wars II, he has developed a particular love for grand strategy and RPGs, and as a self-professed history geek, anything with a historical/fantasy setting enjoys bonus points in his book.This is a captivating setup and it looked pretty slick, so it’s not surprising the trailer spread like wildfire during the spooky month of October. Or if you’re feeling cheeky, just lead the enemies outside the mine, hop in your train, and kill them with your guns (though that isn’t really worth the time required to pull it off). Upon arrival, Charles attacks them and kills Eugene, but not before he tells the Archivist to find Charles' eggs, which they can use to summon and fight Charles, and gives them a train mounted with a machine gun to traverse the island and fend off Charles. The game is split into five chapters and follows an episodic structure, so at least you can take in the horror in bite-sized pieces.

It was created on February 6, 2009, for players of all ages, as there is unrealistic blood and infrequent violence. and I did everything except the HARDCORE mode and grab every paint can in the horribly made stealth sections. They simply need to reverse back to the split, switch the lever, and drive forward down the other direction to make it to the missed NPC.
Players should be prepared for a tough fight if they hope to survive this final test of their mettle. Most of the gameplay focuses on exploring the open world in a train of your own which can be upgraded to build a super-weapon against the demonic locomotive.
