About this deal

Lottie’s Lancastrian great-grandmother was a “fervent” cake-baker. Because of this, Lottie also believes that baking is in her blood, which she proved over time as she became more refined than before. When Lottie isn’t baking or producing pantomimes, she can be found playing computer games with her younger cousins or in the yoga studio. We do not know much about her romantic life at this point, but we don’t think that she is a married woman. She doesn’t appear to have someone in her life who is close enough to wed, but we just don’t know. She’s very good about keeping her romantic endeavors to herself. 10. She’s Very Private

Like previous renewals, a group of amateur bakers was brought in where they would be attempting to reach finals as they impress judges with their baking skills. No stranger to the mishaps (and epic disasters) of homebaking, Lottie's signature sense of humour will see you through this delicious collection of sweet and savoury bakes. We don’t know her date of birth, but we know that she’s in her 30s. She’s actually around 31 right now, which makes her pretty young. She’s achieved a lot in her life so far, and she doesn’t seem to have any intent to slow down and take things a little easier. We respect that, too. 2. She’s A Filmmaker Baking – which had begun as my secret hobby and turned into a personal, creative outlet – was now a hilarious and messy process that I actually enjoyed sharing with others. The sense that we were ‘all in this together’ was like nothing I’d ever experienced before. I want to give other people that feeling. That is why I’ve written Baking Imperfect. To encourage anyone who feels nervous about baking to give it a go, and to push more experienced bakers to challenge themselves. What is the worst that can happen?

Lottie Bedlow enjoyed baking and on a whim decided to enter a baking competition. Next thing she knows, she is starring in The Great British Bake Off 2020, and writing a cookbook. The cookbook is filled with her classic recipes and new ones created specifically for this book. Lottie hopes everyone will give baking a shot. Lottie highlighted the fact that, as a society, we readily accept that certain conditions necessitate regular medication, like insulin for diabetics whose bodies can’t produce it properly. “For whatever reason, my brain doesn’t produce the right chemicals at the right time so I help it out with medication,” she wrote. Speaking about her strengths and weaknesses, Lottie said: "Turns out I’m a fast learner! I taught myself a lot of techniques ahead of the show and really enjoyed the process.

Customer reviews

Although according to some media outlets, Lottie Bedlow had turned 31 years of age when she joined in for the challenge on GBBO. Growing up, she had toys. But, she really wanted cookbooks. She’d spend her time focusing on things like the way recipes could be written down and things could be done to make recipes better, easier, or more flavorful. She was a child who knew she had a love of being in the kitchen, and we have a love of that for her. 6. She’s a College Grad

So who is contestant Lottie? Well, here’s all you need to know about the baker including how old she is, where she's from and her job: Lottie who learned to bake beautiful birthday cakes is yet to reveal when her own birthday happens.

8. She’s a Perfectionist

Her great grandmother was a maker of cakes, and it’s led Lottie to believe that she’s got this in her blood and in her life for good. She’s someone who has always had the culinary gene running rampant through her family, and it doesn’t surprise her in the least she’s so good in the kitchen. 8. She’s a Perfectionist I have a science degree. I am a logical, practical, anxiety-fuelled overthinker. So, I initially approached baking like I would a risky experiment in the lab. I followed recipes religiously, spent money I didn’t have on bizarre ingredients that I didn’t understand, and convinced myself that the writer of any recipe was a kind of god: ‘They say I need xanthan gum and the world will clearly end if I use a substitute.’ Lottie Bedlow is a 31-year-old pantomime producer from West Sussex with a penchant for learning intricate baking techniques.
