Prepare the fruit– If you have the time, try roasting some strawberries. If not, slice your favorite fruit into small slices and pieces so that they are small enough to fit in the popsicle mold easily.

Freeze – Transfer to the freezer and freeze for at least 4-8 hours. Once completely frozen, run the popsicle mold under warm water for approximately 10 seconds. If stored for a day or more they are best served when defrosted for at room temperature for a minute or two. Yummy!
