If in doubt consult a doctor, nurse or pharmacist before use. If irritation or pain occurs during use, or if symptoms persist, stop treatment and consult your doctor. Instill up to 5 drops into the ear. Retain drops in ear for several minutes by keeping the head tilted and then wipe away any surplus.if there is anything else wrong with your ear - such as pain, swelling, discharge, infection or tinnitus (ringing sounds in The ear drops can make the symptoms of excessive ear wax worse, including some discomfort, irritation or pain, loss of hearing, dizziness and tinnitus (ringing sound in the ear). For Eye: Adults, children and infants (all age groups): One or two drops 4 to 6 times a day should be placed in the infected eyes. If necessary the frequency of dose can be increased.
