When we created our now award-winning Rhubarb gin, we took our London Dry and infused it with only the best rhubarb. This rhubarb was from Yorkshire’s famous ‘Rhubarb Triangle’ which is an area known for producing the very best quality rhubarb. In the last 5 years of Slingsby, we’ve certainly perfected our gin selection and we have come up with some amazing gin and tonic pairings that suit all palates. Last but certainly not least, we have our glorious Gooseberry gin! This gin combines the citrus taste of our London Dry with the fruity and tangy flavour of gooseberries. From the first drop of this gin, we think you’ll love how the fresh fruitiness from Yorkshire produce and the tangy sharpness work together. Slingsby Marmalade gin again starts with London Dry as a base but is then enhanced with a mixture of citrusy flavours to create a pleasant, light and tangy gin. Our Marmalade features orange and tangerine flavours and of course, Yorkshire marmalade preserve for a sweet finish.Our firstborn, Slingsby London Dry gin is the base for our whole gin range. When creating this gin, we selected botanicals that celebrate our hometown of Harrogate and its spa town heritage. Among our 24 carefully selected botanicals, you’ll find some restorative ingredients in there including Milk thistle, Nettle, Primrise, Hyssop, Rosehip and Taylors of Harrogate green and Jasmine tea. A heavy citrus forward gin, expect a refreshing burst of citrus from our grapefruit base leading the way, before a delicate herbaceous sweetness lingers on the taste buds.
