This item was a perfect replacement for the worn seal on the flush valve. Changed in minutes and everything working fine with no leaks. Replacing this part is a much cheaper and easier option than replacing the complete valve.The flush valve in my toilet wasn’t making a proper seal so water from the cistern was constantly running into the pan...expensive if you’re on a meter like me.
