The controls are a little cluttered, but the illustrations make the Sage The Fast Slow Go easy to use and very clear. On the dial itself, there’s three heat settings: High, Med and Low – although they’re arranged with Med at the far right rather than in the middle.

The delay function allowed us to delay the cooking start time for up to 20 hours, meaning we could prepare food well in advance and have it ready when we needed it.
