One solution is to move either the network nodes or the frame to make sure that one node is significantly stronger than the rest. It should make it easier for the frame to stay connected to that one node.
We strongly recommend that you resize the photos and videos to fit your frame's resolution before importing them to the frame. This will make the transfer much faster and it will reduce the storage consumption significantly. If instead the Connection status says "Unknown" or "No internet", there might be a need for rebooting your network equipment and your frame and wait 10 minutes. Ask your friend to open the Frameo app in their digital photo frame, and select "Asd friend" option. Simply let the frame import all the photos to its slideshow and avoid disconnecting the cable until all the photos have been transferred. However, if you do not own a USB cable, or if you have a MacOS computer, with a few additional steps you can quite easily transfer photos from your computer to your frame.
