Today, it is not just a winery; it is a restaurant and café as well, which attracts lots of tourists across the globe every year. The Innocent Bystander Wine Line-Up

Made from Orange Muscat grapes, Quady harvests their grapes, crushes them, and lets them macerate at low temperatures to draw out the unique flavours of the grape. Despite its origins in Australia – a lesser-known producer of Moscato – this wine earned its place on the list of top 10 wines in 1998. It is made using the pink and red clones of Muscat. Its dark amber colour is indicative of its spicy aroma with hints of orange rind and nuts. The inclusion of a neutral grape-based spirit, which is added prior to the completion of the vinification process, increases the ABV to a minimum of 15%. Michele Chiarlo Nivole, Moscato d’Asti DOCG, Italy

The bubbles in sparkling wine are formed when the base wine undergoes a secondary fermentation, which traps carbon dioxide inside the bottle or fermentation vessel. During this stage, the yeast cells can absorb some of the wine’s color but for the most part, the pink hue remains. How do you serve rosé sparkling wine? The moscato that most people know and love is moscato d’Asti, the popular off-dry/sweet wine from northern Italy. When vinified well, these pleasantly effervescent wines are sweet and balanced by tons of acidity, and when coupled with their signature low-ABV, they are seriously easy to drink. Moscato’s viticultural potential goes far beyond just Italy, however. Its effervescence ranges on the spectrum from frizzante to spumante and it is typically sweet to off-dry. G.D. Vajra is one of the region’s most respected winemakers. They’re praised for their responsible farming methods, high quality bottles, and rich history. Innocent Bystander Pink Moscato, Australia The NV Prosecco is drier than its pink cousin, but is the perfect wine to be had with cheese, seafood, or ‘those fancy moments’. Mea Culpa SyrahMuscat wines are one of the sweetest styles of dessert wine available and popular entry point for people still getting into wine and pair well with dessert and cheeses.
