About this deal

The writing style and organization of this book was wonderfully done in that it read as part memoir, part adventure, and part historical fact. Although that may sound strange, it combined excellently into an enjoyable and balanced read. Like the very best buddy movie sequel, this latest instalment is full of unforgettable experiences and loveable characters and promises to be an even more memorable ride with two of the most entertaining travel companions around. The Duke of Roxburghe is arguably the chief of Clan Innes, however he cannot be so recognised as he retains the name Innes-Ker. [207] This book, co-written by Sam Heughan & Graham McTavish, explores the ancient primitive Pagan past of Scotland, alliances and feuds between the different clans, the beginning of the Scottish Kings, Jacobite rebellions, and the very sobering battle of Culloden; this book is also about the adventures of Heughan and McTavish as they explore the beauty of Scottish highlands, the glory of whisky, Scottish sports, food, culture, the Gaelic language, and the filming of the popular Outlander series based off the books by Diana Gabaldon.

The 19th century writer James Logan attributed the clan with this plant. The clan's association with this badge was questioned by at least one other 19th century writer. [236] Live in conversation, the intrepid Scotsman will share their latest epic adventure across The Land of the Long White Cloud to celebrate the highly anticipated publication of their new book, Clanlands in New Zealand. Exploring the country that Graham calls home, and that Sam has longed to visit, these sturdy friends will recount tales of immersing themselves in all that New Zealand has to offer: stunning landscapes, rich history, world-class food and drink, and – much to Graham's mounting anxiety and Sam's deep satisfaction – famously adrenaline-fuelled activities! The book and series is about the two actors traveling around Scotland in a variety of transportation including a camper, kayak, motorcycle with side car and bicycles. I think a visual will be better. Also, Scotland will be served better visually on TV rather than small pictures. The banter between the two actors gets a little tiresome. There are only so many times I need to hear that Graham McTavish drinks lattes and Heughan is a daredevil.
