Of course, your power will therefore not increase to reflect added resistance, so unless you pedal harder and faster, the game will slow you down on your mph. The build quality of the Schwinn IC800 is great: the soldering of the tubes radiates sturdiness, and the tubes themselves look smooth and well constructed. Please note that while you can follow the Peloton classes on the Schwinn 700IC, you may not get the same level of integration as you would with a Peloton bike. As previously mentioned, I’ve spent time with Peloton Tread, so have access to the Peloton training app. Previously, I have hopped on the turbo trainer and enjoyed heart rate and cadence read-outs via a bunch of external sensors I own. The biggest issue has been keeping up the the class instructor’s resistance suggestions. I like a nice close bike fit so it’s easily overcome by just adjusting the handlebars slightly further away from you.
