About this deal

Preston looks like he just got punched in the face by Mike Tyson. Sebastian shakes against me in silent laughter.

Warmin' by the fire- a medium level of sexual tension, a balance of sexual and emotional intimacy, lighter on the details in the sexual moments. Contractually Yours is full of a yummy arranged marriage, dislike-to-love, forced proximity, my wife moments, man-groveling and a happy ending. The flow of this story was so natural - from their first chat (where he tells his assistant he never wants to speak to her, and she’s on speaker and hears everything), to their awkward wedding day, to the hilarious tennis match and finally, to their happy every after. Lucienne and Sebastian really grow together throughout this book and seeing them be a power couple and support each other was just amazing. I didn’t realise when I started reading this that there were books about his brothers before this one only found out when I mentioned I was reading this to my sister so I’m not sure if not reading those has spoilt anything other than knowing which brothers are already married. Please note that the above summary is a general representation of romance novels, and the specific details of “Contractually Yours” by Nadia Lee may differ if the book exists. Details About Contractually Yours by Nadia Lee PDFShe shares an apartment overlooking a river and palm trees in Japan with her husband, winter white hamsters and an ever-widening pile of books. When she's not writing, she can be found digging through old Asian historical texts or planning another trip. If somebody told me sebastian was a teenager, I'd completely believe them. For a 34 y/o man, I have never met a more whiny little kid. The way he speaks?? soso childish. When they broke up, he got a tattoo saying, "Exclusive propery of (mc) trespassers will be removed with extreme prejudice." SIR, YOU ARE 34 YEARS OLD ACT LIKE IT!!!! I expected to be bored, marriage of convenience usually only works for me in mafia books but oh the feels in this one❤ got me straight in the heart and made me just want to smother the h in love. She truly had some shitty people in her life and I'm glad the H made them pay Her business is jewelry, and the expansion into Korean engagement couple rings was pretty interesting. There's a HEA, and boy did she earn it. The third act! LOL I really don’t understand authors using this so much but honestly you could see this breakup happening from the very beginning of the story and there were some plot holes that happen throughout this one here. I was so saddened by it if I am being honest because there were just some answers I wanted our characters to get that they didn’t receive. And I felt like the heroine should have forgiven the hero earlier than she did. She dragged it out way too much. The hero does bad sure, but he makes an effort to real show his love for her. Overall View

As the plot unfolds, readers might witness the characters’ gradual transition from a business-like relationship to something more intimate and emotionally fulfilling. The story could explore themes of personal growth, vulnerability, and the transformative power of love. I’m lost for words that was the most attractive thing a man could like what. The fact that he did it without hesitation for her has my heart. Enjoyable MOC story where for a change the heroine wants the MOC so she can meet the ridiculously antiquated terms of her grandfather's will that will allow her to be CEO of the business. She strong arms the H into the marriage (even though she sweetened the deal with a business to toss him) and he holds a grudge but falls for her. The heroine isn't a little wimpy type and stays pretty stoic until the bitter end and it gets too much for her.Throughout the novel, the characters may navigate the complexities of their arrangement, experiencing moments of tension, desire, and eventually, genuine affection. As they spend more time together, they might discover shared interests, overcome personal barriers, and develop a genuine emotional connection. I thoroughly enjoyed this book - it’s was such a fun read from beginning to end. I loved that there wasn’t a lot of drama between Lucienne and Sebastian until the end, and most of it was them against their families. They make such a great team! He continues, “I don’t know why you waste your time like this. Look, I’m happy to let it go if you’ll just see the light and change your mind about our—” This book started off typically in the sense of the mcs needing an arranged marriage for "reasons" . In this case it was the h who needed the marriage and because of a couple of chance encounters over the years she wanted the H. Due to some miscommunication she ended up engaged to his brother but he cheated and the H was basically forced by his family to step in. Living together the two eventually fall in love.

She only plans to stay married until her control is firmly established. But she does the unthinkable and falls in love with her husband… if you don’t respect yourself enough to fight for what’s yours, everyone’ll just walk all over you. The first time asserting yourself is the hardest. But it gets easier.”The one thing I’ll criticise is after seeing Lucienne for her true self Sebastian was still going along with his plan which didn’t make sense because if you can see she’s not what you thought she was and your falling for her why carry on it doesn’t make sense but I’m gonna let that slide because come on the MAN CRAWLED ON HIS KNEES FOR HER definitely the highlight of the book 🤩

trusting a booktok rec in 2023? that's on me. I'll take the L for this one. This had so much potential; age gap romance, rival companies, arranged marriage... but it down spiraled. The execution was poor af. When the ruthless and iron-willed Sebastian Lasker is forced to marry a woman fully as scandalous as his embarrassing, disreputable father, he vows revenge. Nobody manipulates him and gets away with it. He’s going to strip her of what she wants from the marriage and get rid of her. I’m giving the woman I love something nice that I made while thinking of her. You’re the moon in my night sky. I’m just putting a few stars around you so you can shine brighter.” His betrayal? He actively worked to oust her as CEO from her company, soliciting help from his douchebag brothers. In the beginning his plan was understandable because he felt she had trapped but he starts to see things for as they truly are pretty much immediately and he continues to plot her downfall because he’s a pathetic manchild.I try not to snort. He doesn’t watch the news—thinks it’s boring—and his family apparently hasn’t updated him about my new status. Maybe they disowned him. Wouldn’t that be great? Sebastian & Lucie just seemed so cold at the beginning of this book but when you know Lucie’s childhood that’s understandable and Sebastian is angry he is forced to marry her. Yuna was also a good character and would like to see more of her but don’t know if she already has her own story so will take a look. Contractually Yours” is a romance novel written by Nadia Lee. While I don’t have access to the specific details of this book, I can provide a general summary of what a romance novel with that title might encompass.
