This is one of the most polarizing scents for me, can't decide if I like it or not. After the omega-hype that Jeremy created with his videos I got convinced to blind buy it. I kind of like the citrussy opening with the lavender drydown, but something just feels off. I don't know if it's my skin type or batch, but there is something slightly stinky in the scent and I can't put my finger on what it is. I hear people say it's very sweet, but I don't think it's that sweet at all. If I'm thinking about very sweet, I think of Versace Eros, and Blue Jeans doesn't come close to that level of sweetness. THat said, this fragrance is not something I would be comfortable wearing. it has complicated notes to my nose. when i smell it close to my skin the opening smells so spicy and fresh, very syntethic. the dominant notes i notice is lavender, anise, musk, citrus.

Versace Blue Jeans lasts for around 6 hours on me, which is very respectable for the budget price point. Undeterred I put it on the next day. And I have to say, it’s way different on skin, and after the initial opening. It’s much nicer and more interesting than the initial opening led me to believe. It develops into a vanilla-y floral scent, feminine, in a way, but not unisex. It's idiosyncratic, woody, spicy, and fougère enough so you don’t smell like you accidentally reached for the wrong bottle in the morning and put on your girlfriend’s perfume. I still wouldn’t necessarily recommend this to teens and guys in their early 20s for fear that it may come off a little androgenous unless you personally project a level of inherent masculinity that comes with maturity. Which is fine, if that’s your style, but something to be aware of nonetheless.
