Dead Alliance is a multiplayer first-person zombie shooter set in a post-apocalyptic world, where former military bases stand intact and are the only remaining city-states. With the original premise of being able to use the hordes of zombies in your favor to massacre on the enemy, comes Dead Alliance. The gameplay however is just poor on every level, coupled with the fact that if you dont have a ps plus subscription this game is next to useless. I do not tend to play games that often and my ps4 does not get much use, but the concept of this game had me intrigued and i thought i would get hours of fun out of what should of been a tip top game. Despite its problems, if you’re a keen online gamer and haven’t grown tired of the zombie epidemic as of yet, Dead Alliance may be worth a shot. There is a decent game buried here, but digging through the bugs, shallow gameplay and underwhelming mechanics is just not worth it.A competitive shooter in which you can test your reflexes and ability as long as you can overlook their technical and visual impairments. I've been playing this every evening for the past week and I think the other reviews are a little unfair. It's taken me a while to get used to the items which control the zombies but they really make a difference and add that something extra. Armed with a variety of loadouts that range from guns to pheromone grenades, you'll face off against enemy armies and gruesome, human-eating killers - all while attempting to capture and control as many bases as possible. At the end of the day, and like its enemies contained within, this game should stay dead like its zombies.
