About this deal

Batman: Hush: Riddler/Hush | Catwoman | Poison Ivy | Bane | Joker | Harley Quinn | Clayface | Scarecrow | Lex Luthor | Lady Shiva | Two-Face | Penguin | Mr. Freeze | Thomas Elliot Johnny frost is somehow the co-star in this journey , yes we know you are somebody now Johnny hell all of this might hint that you are the future joker in the time stream that this graphic novel belongs in. Bermejo: My hope is that people read this and realize that the Joker is not somebody you want to know. Certainly with Ledger's amazing portrayal, I think a character like Joker can end up a bit glamorized. That's cool for certain interpretations, but ours set out to really take you into this s**t storm of a few days in the life of a murderous bastard. Of course, given that it's a mainstream character and an integral part of a huge franchise we could only take things so far. That said, we really did our best to get dark and dirty within the confines of what we were working with. Hopefully it will represent an extreme that other people might not need to have repeated.

Anarky | Ra's al Ghul | Deathstroke | Harvey Dent | Killer Croc | Simon Stagg | Professor Pyg and Mr. Toad | Man-Bat | Cypher | Magpie | Lady Shiva | Tobias Whale | Phosphorus Rex | Lunkhead | Humpty Dumpty | Silver Monkey | Key | Bethany Ravencroft | Daedalus Boch | Junkyard Dog | Sapphire Stagg | Matatoa | Anatol MykrosNow, even though I liked reading “Joker,” I still preferred “Batman: The Killing Joke” over this story since I felt that “The Killing Joke” was one of the best “Joker” stories I had ever read. “The Killing Joke” was trying to define the different ideologies between both Batman and the Joker while “Joker” was just showing the more violent and dark side of the Joker. However, I did enjoy both books for different reasons and if you want to read a “Joker” story that shows the Joker’s violent side, then “Joker” is a great book to read! Because, of course, as soon as Joker gets in the car, he immediately goes on a (rather gory) crime spree. Azzarello was one of the architects of First Wave, a new publishing line for pulp characters then-recently acquired by DC Comics, set outside the main DC continuity. He wrote the opening one-shot for the line, Batman/Doc Savage, [20] continuing with the First Wave limited series. [21] In 2011, Azzarello spearheaded The New 52 relaunch of the Wonder Woman series with artist Cliff Chiang. [22] The pair stayed on the title until issue #35 (Dec. 2014). In 2012, Azzarello wrote two limited series for the Before Watchmen project, focusing on Comedian and Rorschach. [23] [24] In 2014, Azzarello became the co-writer of the weekly series The New 52: Futures End along with Jeff Lemire, Keith Giffen and Dan Jurgens. [25]

However, if we were doing a book focusing on Batman the approach would be completely dependent on the requirements of the story. My next project, a Batman graphic novel, will be considerably more lush and soft in style because the story doesn't require the same feel. It plays in a similar world but doesn't need the bleakness to push the narrative thematically. Johnston, Rich (September 20, 2015). Other than that, I'll continue to do Hellblazer and The Stand covers monthly, as well as the covers for the new Vertigo crime line... which have been great fun since they're a bit more experimental for me. Thankfully, I'm a pretty busy guy!
